Hi Jason, thanks for pointing out that important detail that I missed in my post.I’m referring mainly to rental investment properties, whether it be single or multi-family or condo. 

Investing in Memphis, TN could be a great move for you, especially if you’re looking for positive cash flow.

And by investing it somewhere it hopefully grows more than 5% per year- I have the possibility of having enough to pay off the mortgage even sooner than my original 25 year timeline. 

It isn't much yearly for a pure investment property.What will it bring in as a LTR?
