It might make sense to use a "semi- pm" model instead of paying for the various online platforms one would need to do these tasks. 

@Jimmy Rojas I always recommend trying to start out locally so you can get a feel for how real estate investing truly works.

This allows you to start generating income right away without the hassle of renovations or finding tenants.If you’re open to exploring markets outside your local area, I’d highly recommend looking into Indianapolis.

Is there anyone in GA who has tried double closing this way and if so, is there a title company or closing attorney you can recommend ?

@Russell Brazil , North Laurel is not a bad area to invest if one is looking into high value, stable appreciation property, and low maintenance tenant.

So any insight on lenders, realtors, contractors etc within the greater Charlotte area would be highly appreciated.

I would recommend doing your research and finding a company that has great reviews or try and get a recommendations from owners who utilize PM companies in the Colorado Springs area.
