Late start investing

Theresa Rivard
Posted

63 yrs old. Have little bit of cash in stocks. Is it too late for me to start in real estate investment? If not what would be the best type for me? I was interested in buying rental units, with the hopes of maybe passing on to my kids.

For your situation I recommend buying low risk, high appreciating properties.
