I'm wondering if anybody has had any experience with the Maryland market. Specifically southern Maryland. I just moved into the area and I'm curious how the past trends have been. Thanks in advance.

Im middle of the road on those areas. I currently own a property in Burtonsville and had one in Laurel in the past. I much prefer Silver Spring, Rockville and even DC over them.
