Virtual Leasing - we have completely transitioned to virtual leasing, using a combination of existing marketing assets (professional property photography, videos, and 360 tours) while rolling out a best practice program for our staff to utilize mobile devices (pads and phones) to create available unit specific tours.

Right now, a lot of my local groups have moved into webinars / video chat networking. 

However, I hear people, in my world, say, "I would never buy a house from photos or a video!"

We do have each tenant submit a separate application including background and credit check.

The tenant would not allow us in to take pictures or videos and sent me a message that said she does not want anyone in her unit before she moves out because of fear of contracting the virus.

I've done my research reading books, listening to podcasts, and watching YouTube videos and I think that buying a property during COVID19 would be a great time to buy as there will be many foreclosures in the next 6 to 12 months.

I have not purchased on Guam but am very familiar with the market as I’ve submitted tons of offers lol.
