@Joe TwingI recently received a form letter from the MA section 8 office.It states that you must request any increase 60plus days before your annual lease renewal (it specifically said not your inspection date).

Now if the buyer comes back and requests repairs then the seller can walk away, but if the buyer says "Alls good" I don't see the point of having the seller still having an out.
