.✅ Replaced cast iron plumbing to PEX ✅ Paint & LVP flooring✅ Brand new kitchen with granite countertops, shaker cabinets, backsplash, and stainless appliances✅ Moved the laundry from an exterior mechanical closet to inside the home✅ Full exterior refresh for curb appeal✅ Added a Tesla Wall Connector in the carport for at-home charging ⚡️ (ok, this was just for me but is pretty cool)What was the outcome?

Some plumbers have a sewer cam that has a radio in it, where they can walk above on the grass with a special receiver and it will beep like a metal detector.They simply spray paint the lawn where to pipe is.Accuracy seems good with this.They can also blow smoke down the pipes and see where it leaks out.If the tank is under the structure maybe you can just disconnect it and put new one in where you can get at it.Good Luck!

And hey, the world is big and interesting.Anyway, here's what they (digital nomads)need and some of what they want: FAST WIFI above all, after that a little "zoom room" kind of space separate from the general living area is idealclean, simple look. lots of conveniently placed outletsgood places within walking/biking distancebike storage/laundry in unitdishwasherappliances should be and look new and the kitchen should be visually appealing but singles will order out more than they cooklow VOC paint and other quasi-green touches are nice things to add and put in an ad as a signal.

Current occupancy is 93% and when units become vacant we will perform a unit turn upgrade program including new flooring, painting the cabinets, new hardware, new lighting, new ceiling fan, etc.
