Have a primary Team of experienced members to help you with those things you do not know.The primary Team members are Attornies, real estate Agents, CPA's (or accountants), Inspectors, General contractors, and Handymen.  

I've experienced this sensation in meeting with a few sub-contractors, and I walked away no questions asked.

This is why an experienced bidder or sherpa we'll always have the upper hand on bidders who act desperately.

The idea of networking at 7 a.m. on a Saturday wasn't exactly at the top of my to-do list but the chance to meet with so many other experienced investors was well worth the 4 a.m. trip to the Bay Area.

Take your time and build a good team around you.

We have the local stores actually doing our shopping for us, discounting the items and then making arrangements with our maintenance team to come and pick up the material. 

I am in the process of setting up Appfolio and a website to do rentals, I have a rehab team and an office manager ready to engage.
