Rehabbing 4 apartments- buying in bulk?

Hello,

I'm about to start rehab on a 4 unit apartment building.  I was wondering if people buy items in bulk for apartment rehabs?  For example, we will need 16 ceiling fans and I'm wondering if that quantity can be purchased at a discount, and if so, where?
