New Member looking for MF in ATL area

Hi my name is Charles. I'm currently from the NY Tristate area but I will be moving to the Atlanta, GA area within a year or so. I'm looking to start investing in MF properties in ATL with cf being my primary goal. Looking to do some creative financing as well. I've been listening to podcasts and reading the blogs and forums but I know it's nothing like when you actually do a deal. It'll be my first deal so I'm really excited to hit the ground running and get this snowball rolling. All tips and insight would be much appreciated! Thanks guys!
