With a steady full-time job, I think the time and flexibility would be more advantageous to real estate invest vs. more money.With time and flexibility you likely will be able to expand your real estate holdings fairly quickly.

I was slow on getting the email out this month.We have a VERY exciting REIA tonight as we have two properties in progress.  

We are in our forties, debt free (except for our house, which we are making progress on paying off).  

Get some verifiable steady income.

@Andy Kaufman - It was nice talking to you about your co-working space finally and I am eager to hear how far your marketing efforts progress by next month.

I am looking at a steady plan that works, not a get rich quick with no foundation.

After a couple of months, lots of dumb questions, and lots of handshaking I was able to close my first pure investment deal (A "subject to" acquisition which I sold as a wrap).I kept learning on here, kept reading the forums constantly, and kept researching everything I could online until I was to a point where it felt like my full time job was actually hindering investing progress.

I dont care if it takes 20 years, i'd like to continuously make progress while working towards building something that's sustaining for both my wife and myself long term.
