Hi! I've been perusing BP/podcasts/blogs for a few weeks now and figured I should go ahead and introduce myself! I am a 31 year old systems (computer) engineer with a wife and two kids.

With regards to investing, I consider myself a brand new investor. I have yet to purchase any investment properties , however I am a landlord. I have been one for about 3 years now. I own a townhouse that I purchased as my family's first home mid-2006 that I have successfully rented out for the past 3 years or so ( I have a LOT of questions on the handling of this TH).

As far as goals go, wealth building is my no. 1 priority. I dont care if it takes 20 years, i'd like to continuously make progress while working towards building something that's sustaining for both my wife and myself long term. Ideally, I'd like for my wife to transition over full time to our REI business first, then I would like to follow suit within 5 years or so.

Looking forward to networking and learning with some of the best here on BP!
