Hey everyone!

I've been reading this site for several weeks and I'm trying to get involved in real estate.  I've been trying to find a mentor that I can learn the ropes from but haven't had much luck.  I'm super excited to be a part of the community!  Just to encourage discussion, what do you all think of getting your real estate license to get in the field?
