I know I’m late to the dance, but just found out about the STR ban in the DFW area, but I still see a TON of listings on AirBnB…Is anyone on here still doing STR in those areas? If so, is it just a gamble in hoping yo...

I would also try FB market place if you haven't already, I have had great luck finding tenants in Fort Lauderdale area, not sure if it is as popular in NOLA. 

Hey everyone, Steve here, 37 from England, living in Huntington beach CA but looking to invest in single family homes in  / around fort mohave arizona ( where my parents currently live).

I am also looking into Fort Mohave/Bullhead area as prices are lower but some of the rent is close.

I’m an Automotive Technician in Southern Ca and I Bought my first investment home in September in  Fort Mohave AZ and it’s on the MLS now.

Interestingly enough Fort Bragg is the also the most interconnected with civilians in the US, a recent study found that 55% of of Fort Bragg's personnel live intermingled with civilians.

I believe we are ready, and luckily we have many family and friends who have been and who continually help educate us and who are open to the idea and supporting our new real estate dreams.So with that said; Fort Wayne, Indiana and its surrounding areas are near and dear to my heart.

I live in Las Vegas and have 2 single family properties in Bullhead (actually one is in Fort Mohave).
