Starting Back at Zero
Hello,
I Moved to Lake Havasu about 3 years ago from Northern CA. Out in CA I was able acquire several rentals with partners with seller carry and other methods. Unfortunately I got rid of everything do to some other issues. I spent about the last year trying to get back to a spot where I can begin to get back into real estate investing and rebuild bigger and better. I currently have about 25-30k to get started and am currently looking for a SFR to acquire move into then turn to a rental just to get back in. Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated. I am interested in BRRRR method and trying to figure out if Hard money is a good way to get started or what options I should pursue.
I am also open to other areas

Hard money is a great way to start so long as you know what you're getting into. It costs more than a lot of newbies realize, but it was a great entry for us
