Hey everyone, Steve here, 37 from England, living in Huntington beach CA but looking to invest in single family homes in  / around fort mohave arizona ( where my parents currently live). Been watching about 10 -15 hours per week of podcasts, webinars, and youtube videos for the past 2 months ( Bp, tony robbins, morris invest, graham stephan etc) basically anything to do with real estate or motivation speakers. Also read rich dad poor dad, think and grow rich, and about to start reading the BP ultimate guide.

No investment history ( yet), do not own a home,  work a tough 40- 70 hr work week as an fx artist for tv, commercials, music videos etc. Have massive student debt 80K left but AA credit. Please do not tell me to pay off my student loans first, Id much rather have a tenant do that for me.

I have long term goals and I believe real-estate is the way to get there. Long winded goals shortened, I will be done with pay checks in 3 - 5 years and live off rental income, 8 - 10 years have a large excess of cashflow most people would squander, take 5 years off to travel then come back and start a non profit funded by my rentals that designs and creates prosthetics for injured animals.

Most of my friends and my now ex gf would role their eyes at me when I would talk about my goals. I am extremely driven and if people cant stand by me then they need to move out of the way. I know that sounds really harsh but I have wasted too many years and its time for me to make a change.

I think this is the place to meet like minded people.

Thank you Bp for all the hard work.

Steve.
