I think you have messed this one up bad enough that its time to let her go and start all overI would do a letter like Greg suggested.... there is no contract/deal until paperwork is signed ..... after her long delay, you have reconsidered your terms for her renewal..... these are the new terms, take it or leave it.

If you did not then I see absolutely no reason why the complaint against the wholesaler's agent (I won't give him the credit of being referred to as a "buyer") should prevent you from re-listing your house.If you did have a listing agreement then I would suggest consulting a DIFFERENT broker as @Don Konipol suggested.
