New to BP, starting real estate investing journey!

New to BP, excited to interact with the BP community and learn as much as I can throughout my real estate investment journey! 

Currently have 1 rental property in Culpeper, VA that will go on the market in April. Looking to take profits and do a 1031 exchange for multiple properties. Looking at different markets to invest (Tuscaloosa, AL, Raleigh, NC) but open to suggestions. Goal is a cashflow MF property (ideally 4 units+) as long as the numbers make sense.
