Also, most banks have a seasoning period before you can cash out refi and our credit union is 2 years, but they will do 80% loan to value.

Fear based decisions were the only decisions allowed and that mentality still sticks with me today whether I like it or not.Through college I started looking into flipping houses, buying storage facilities, etc... but never pursued it due to the lack of certainty and the risk involved.

Most banks require 6 months of "seasoning" to do this, so you'll have to wait a bit, but not too long!

The buyer is qualified and has the credit, but banks will no longer make loans it seems without my name being on the deed for the seasoning period, I mean is the government buying every single loan now days?

I know the East Asian furnished-home-feature desirability checklist (shoe storage at entrance, good rice cooker, good cooktop, exterior venting extraction hood), but is there something I'm missing for a South Asian audience?
