The properties themselves are turnkey and the neighborhood seems pretty well kept and safe.  

And in the area I'm looking at, some students will pay a premium to live in an off-campus house that is clean, modern, safe, and with other like-minded students. 

He teaches everything single-family but emphasizes owner finance techniques.

If no one jumps forward to let you know what happened, then you're probably safe... and if the opposite happens you know your future tenants will know all the gory details 5 minutes after moving in.  

When I use my HELOC I would pay $50 a month for the trailer, and receiving 500 from the purchaser,  that is a stellar return, and I feel safe with a down payment, and always staying ahead in cash flow.  

Here's the dilemma: my parents' need a new space to live in - their current home is nearly dilapidated and is not a safe place for them to be as they age.

IMO, the NAHB (home builders) has been successful at blocking the advancement of modular techniques, it's political, many building regs offices won't allow them or require additional certifications and tougher inspections.

Some other traffic saw us blasting along and were nice enough to pull over and we'd pass others when it was safe to do so.

Hopefully I am safe, but I want to be sure.
