Any Race Fans Here?

Long ago I used to race 2 liter sedans and sports cars, BMWs, Fiats, Fords and some exoctics, the big one was a Forad GT, (428 V-8) fatsest car I ever drove. The fun was in the Fomula Vs, Super Vs and Formula Fords, all 4 bangers.
While I did some racing here in the states with auto cross, most was done in Europe. I was lucky to get into a racing "family" in Germany in the 70's.
Did some auto cross over there and in 74 the team took the German National auto cross.

Guess it's in the family genes, Dale Earnhart is my cousin. Great thanksgiving dinners and lot's of family razzing.....

I never stayed with it like my uncle and cousin, but it's a great sport. Anyone else race or do the weekend scenes off road?

Drag racing for me. I just run my '08 Mustang GT. With our thin air and hot summer temps, my times are unimpressive for you folks who live downhill. I vacillate between doing some work on the '08 to get it going faster and just buying an old fox body Mustang and putting in a big block.
