Our tenants enjoy included utilities & internet for simplicity, and have easy access to the city's main attractions & travel corridors being less than 10 minutes from downtown.

It's really in the process in Iowa but I've made good connections there through BP and internet research and making lots of calls.  

I think blockchain is still very much in its infancy and as Marc Cuban says, we may be looking at the dawn of something as impactful as the internet.

I used professional photography before as well and it's a good investment, drives more internet traffic to your listing.

It can be so easy to hop all over the internet and learn bits and pieces.

I talk the talk and walk the walk, however, honestly, I am just not an internet / forum knowledgable person.  

None of what has been built for the last 20 years is trailerable by a car or truck, and given the size and weight of them today, none of them are very mobile.This is a good forum, but like all Internet forums, there are far too many keyboard commandos that are so desperate to be somebody they will post with absolute authority statements that are not factual or are sometimes, but not always, true.

This property would be in the same state as my current residence, which is a multifamily home.My hesitation on an LLC is the paperwork involved; as a military member, I can be deployed to an area with little to no internet connectivity.
