That said, what this does do is help keep our heads straight when it comes to time to cure any intervening assignment.

We closed on 4/7.It took my guys just over 3 weeks, to add an unofficial 3rd bedroom, paint the place head to toe, redo half the flooring (home depot allure flooring at $.99 i'm a huge fan), take care of a bunch of exterior maintenance issues, put in new appliances, do some minor kitchen work, replace the hot water heater, couple of other small things.

You need to see how you communicate, things in common, are they honest, judge integrity, you may not need the most successful you may want more knowledge and experience with an agent that doesn't have to beat their head in to stay afloat, they may have retired from another profession so they may have time to take more interest in you.You're looking for a personal business relationship, not a girl friend or drinking buddy, but someone who has ethical standards, knows the business is current understands investing aspects and that has time to devote attention to you.

Off the top of my head there are meetings in Rockland, Taunton, Plymouth and the Cape.

You'll have to head out to the OC for the closest ones that meet regularly but there are several great ones there.

Use a Dremel to score a line across the screw head, than use a flat head screw driver to remove the screw.
