Hello BP Nation,

I am from Boston and currently work as an accountant for a commercial real estate investment development firm. I handle a few towers in our Boston and San Francisco portfolio’s.

Now to the good stuff. I have been exposed to RE investing for a while learning the craft. My investing interest is mainly wholesaling and eventually would like to branch out to more rehabs. I have recently sent out my first yellow letter campaign (1500 letters) marketing for off market deals in the Suffolk, Plymouth, Middlesex, and Norfolk counties in Massachusetts. I also utilize a few other marketing procedures as well to create various potential leads flowing throughout the pipeline. (I literally just got a call from a motivated seller with 2.4 acres of land in Wareham, MA while writing this intro). He seen one of my signs.

The Bigger Pockets community has been instrumental in my investing growth! Looking forward to interacting on the forums and hopefully collaborating with other fellow investors to add value while doing business.
