How many pieces did you mail out, post cards or yellow letters?

Business is bringing in 40-60k profit a month and looking to invest but lack credit history for conventional commercial lending.Paid for college out of pocket, built business abroad while renting, didn't own a car or credit card...now small secured card and credit card, 1k limit and virtually no credit history...and 50k a month to invest.How?

I just got the email from Discover Card asking me to "Activate 5% Cashback Bonus Now". 

Locate your local RE groups via MeetUp, I've personally developed at least 4 great relationships over the past month or 2 alone (not just 4 business cards but people I can ask any dumb question I want)#5 develop your 5 to 10 year goals with real estate, this can change.

This week I am working on getting business cards and a letter head to market myself. 

And don't forget your business cards.

Also I got for my company Home Depot and Lowes credit cards using my SS but the cards are in the business name.

Their service is what most credit card debt collectors use to contact you.

The whole portfolio potentially falls like a house of cards.
