New investor In Sacramento Ca
Hello!
I am a new investor and I want to get started as quickly as possible. Networking is key to success in just about any endeavor, so I want to network with everybody I can in Sacramento. (And beyond) I am a commercial insurance underwriter currently and would like to get into real estate investing full time. (So I can put in the two weeks!) I am reading everything I can on the subject and I serious about it. I would like to start working as a home inspector to get even more familiarity with real estate in general and learn about "good and bad houses". My focus is on flipping and rentals. Without making this a novel I'll stop here. Please reach out to me if you know of any good investor meetings in sac, I'd love to start meeting people in person.
Thanks!

@David Oldenburg has a popular meetup group in the Sacramento / Roseville area, as does @Al Williamson. Both are investors in those areas, focused on flipping, and furnished/unfurnished rentals, respectively. So sounds like right up your alley.. I agree with you! Networking is the way to make it happen! They will also both be speaking at the Summit here in the Bay Area, that @Sergey Tkachev mentioned. Hope you can join in!
I'm 32 and quit my 9-5 job earlier this year, and making way more in real estate after quitting than I ever did sitting at the desk. Get on the fast track Steven! ;)
