Hello! 

I am a new investor and I want to get started as quickly as possible. Networking is key to success in just about any endeavor, so I want to network with everybody I can in Sacramento. (And beyond) I am a commercial insurance underwriter currently and would like to get into real estate investing full time. (So I can put in the two weeks!) I am reading everything I can on the subject and I serious about it. I would like to start working as a home inspector to get even more familiarity with real estate in general and learn about "good and bad houses". My focus is on flipping and rentals.
