Some jurisdictions, like I think Miami, makes the homeowner take an assessment of some sort, but I don't think that's common.

It seems to me that if you are running a MTR it will be common to have a month or more vacant between renters.

The only tangible issue I see with keeping it is the whole VA allocation you get if you were to buy a house.

Make sure that the plumbing issue is taken care of and the attic issue has been secured and is not still compromised.

We were looking at buying a loan yesterday that was similar issue with a property and the buyer has filed a countersuit and its going to trial.

Not only did we have no issues booking the property during Mardi Gras once we listed, we had received Mardi Gras inquires for the property for the next 2 years on airBNB.
