Hi everybody, I was thinking,if you can see the back of the sheet rock board,it will give the manufacturer.That information will tell you if it is the comtaminated board.

Haven't logged on here in a while.First, you don't need to disclose your a licensed agent in California, it is not state law, it is a requirement of the real estate board or mls if your a member.Secondly, your right, adopting an agency position is just asking for trouble, just make your money on the deal, you don't need to split it off as commission.Brianinvestor since 1955, broker since 1965, mentor started in California real estate in 1909 so I like to say I have 101 years of experience and things can still go wrong, so don't make a problem where none exists.

TrueCredit's model underestimated my true score across the board consistently.I have no experience with IdentityGuard, but I wasn't impressed with TrueCredit or the other one from Experian...I think.

Just so you know for the future, the hardi board or durarock boards are NOT waterproof, more like water resistant.
