City utilities has tons of information, utility costs and services.Vist the building department and permits site for a few minutes, you can see what requirements they may have, knowing if they have inspections for occupancy permits for a new tenant might be good to know.Check the local unemployment site, jobs available, unemployed stats, major employors there, job outlooks from the city...are they hiring, laying off etc.Are there recession proof industries and employment opportunities, hospitals, educational areas-universities and population of students.
