Making Portfolio-level investing decisions
Hi;
I'm looking for a good resource for buy/hold/sell/future planning decisions across my entire portfolio (since I don't invest in properties in a vacuum). Are there any good materials for learning this?
Thanks

Great and thorough replies, have very little to add except this - geographical diversity is also key. If you're invested in the one town/state/district, you always run the risk of your entire portfolio devaluations almost overnight if and when things go south.
