While all your TSP/ IRA/ 401k/ whatever friends are losing their minds because they lost half their life savings, you can stretch out on your couch made of $100 bills you got from owning rental property, crack open a cold one, and watch the world burn while shopping for the next killer deal.

I'm looking for referrals for "investor friendly agents", however all I'm really looking for is a hard working honest agent.

He didn’t have luck renting it out, so he had rented it to a friend for $500/mo when his mortgage payment was $850/mo (a $350/mo loss).

Especially on this site, you'd be hard pressed to find users of true big data and supported applications. 

I use a CRM (Insightly) in my 9-5 and see the benefits of such a system, but that specific platform isn't the best suited for the REI environment.What CRM's are user friendly and helpful in the multifamily space?
