The interface is user-friendly, and the reporting tools are especially helpful for tracking property performance.One downside is that it can be a bit pricey for smaller portfolios, but the features have been worth it for me.

I have enjoyed Stessa's interface but unfortunately it is useless to me if I have constant bank connection issues. 

I have talked to tons of investors recently and everyone says the Zillows interface is the worst, but it is just a side comment and we keep going on to the next conversation. 

Their website has a very awkward user interface that is challenging.When this company matures, I think it will be a very good option. 

How are other Buildium users out there handling this?

I have been an avid Podio user but I really do like the interface and offerings of FS.

Problem solved.All my guest messages flow thru to my email.Complaining about interface when booking tens or hundreds of thousands seems odd.
