Wesley Davis Live with disresptful tenant thats locked out
5 September 2022 | 5 replies
Quote from @Wesley Davis: My question is this. i live in my own home, and graciously let this older man move in with me and my husband. it was supposed to help him out to get back on his feet, and take some pressure off me to care for my terminally ill husband. he leaves sometimes late at night and comes back sometimes with questionable people early hours of the moring or as early as 1am. do i have to answer the door and let him in.. he has tried to kick the door down when i didnt answer the door fast enough. i caught him on camera a few months ago stealing from us, he gave it back after confrontation. its been a nightmareI don't see a question, but I assume you want to know how to get rid of him?

Carolina Mejia First deal/BRRRR/Seller Financing?
8 September 2022 | 4 replies
I think the seller will go for it because this house has been sitting for a long time, they know they aren't going to fix and if they were looking for an opportunity to get 'rid of it' for a lump sum that would have been 3-6 months ago- I think it's one of those issues you keep pushing  back and pushing back and it's only costing them money- I can take it off their hands and take over all responsibility taxes, insurance, and liability and they can now make some cash flow.
