Completely remodeled, all brand new everything including updated floor plan!

This large 3/2 home with a large bonus room is nearly 100 years old, but it is still in good condition, and has been updated with new HVAC, insulation, electrical (installed by previous owner), flooring and paint, windows, and kitchen backsplash + counters.

The 3rd floor unit was cleared out and vacant. as per contract for me to move in.

All right so I bought my house in July 2020 , the mortgage on my house is $4050 , I rent the first floor for $2400 with utilities included , they just finished year one of a 3 year lease , the second floor is renting for $2150 with utilities separate but as of January 1st the rent is being raised to $2,300 with utilities still separate.

Furniture, pictures, throw rugs, etc  covering walls and floors.  

After some time we decided to take the plunge and turn our upper floor into a rental while living in the basement.

For rentals, some people buy places requiring little to no work (I've done that it a few properties), others buy places needing mostly cosmetic work (flooring, paint) or major work.

You need to invest in security measures: cameras, 6 outdoor motion lights, better locks, needs new flooring, roof is 30 years old.
