Hello BP community! I currently live in Logan, UT. I am interested in Small multifamily units and short term rentals.

I have been thinking about real estate investing for quite some time but never thought it would be possible for me coming from a less than wealthy family. through my educational journey, I have had my mind opened up to so many different ways to build a real estate portfolio its overwhelming. but I want, more than anything, to build financial freedom so that I can do what I was put on this earth to do, spending large amounts of time with my wife and kids as well as mentoring and helping others achieve their own success!

We purchased our first home, not really thinking about investing, but lucked out with a home that the previous owners had installed a second kitchen in the basement. After some time we decided to take the plunge and turn our upper floor into a rental while living in the basement. Since then we have caught the real estate investing bug! We are anxious to continue to build our portfolio, but being new are having a hard time wrapping our heads around the financing aspect of real estate and how to obtain financing for future deals. I look forward to connecting and building relationships with individuals who share the same passion and desire as me!

One interesting fact about me, I currently serving in the United States Air Force Reserves and just hit my 9 year mark. It has been an awesome experience for me and my family!
