Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) fix & flip investment in Buffalo.

Purchase price: $70,000
Cash invested: $90,000
Sale price: $305,000

This flip we took on after another contractor had it held up for a year. Completely remodeled, all brand new everything including updated floor plan!

Investor funds.

Our attention to detain and hands on approach to the renovation is what made this deal flourish. Our troubleshooting aspect to everything is what sets us apart from the other guys. Owner works on all jobs and is educated and been in the trades 20 plus years.
