I'm considering a property that is selling for $50k (2 acres and a moho).

I have a property under contract and a few buyers are wanting to view the property.  

It also have a duplex on the property that could be renovated and a building for a laundry mat that is not in use.   

I'm purchasing my 3rd property in 9 months and trying to figure-out best financing options.We found a SFH investment property that in order to lock-it-down we agreed to a quick close and a cash purchase.  

At this point i am going to see how it all plays out, if the threatened lawsuits come to fruition and as stated earlier, even though my properties are currently excluded from this, i am going to have them tested and abated if need be just because its the right thing to do.

I am fresh out of college and began my career and a teacher this year.

You have to submit an Operating statement for the past two full years and Year to date, Rent Rolls, Copies of leases, a letter of experience for property management, and a history of capital improvements for the past 3 years.  

And as you mentioned if paying (knowing what is owed) makes sense than yes ill definitely still be interested in pursuing it.
