From Cincinnati looking for new real estate relationships

Hey BiggerPockets community! My name is Zach and I was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and continue to live here to this day. I am fresh out of college and began my career and a teacher this year. Teaching is an awesome and unique experience so far, but my mind and my heart has always had the idea and drive to begin in real estate investing. I know many real estate agents who always tell me about people who frequently buy properties from them as investment properties, and it just adds fuel to the fire. At this particular point in my life, I am not going to be the one who has the money to put up big down payments for properties (students loans), but I am attempting to form a team that would be willing to work together to make our collective dream happen.
