Be careful as many Brokers may try to place you with a preferred carrier (Nationwide, Travelers, etc.) under a rental property policy (Dwelling Fire) that won't protect you.

It's the best real estate book I've read, and it will give you confidence to choose a great market, find a team (the hard part!)

To fully understand and be confident in any policy you choose, you should read it cover to cover.
