Depending on what you like there are more social options like networking events/ building relationships with local businesses & other sales ppl (insurance, cars, beauty ppl, contractors, landscapers, carpenters, etc.) / marketing with industry partners.

Since the market went up, instead of selling it, we realized the profit we intended to do from the New Const through selling our current home and move into a custom made 3300 sqf home...The beauty is that after Cashing out - Refinance, the monthly mortgage payment wont be extremely far from what we used to pay.

The beauty of BRRRR investing is that there is inherently no best area as it will depend deal to deal.

Many of them listed before an auction show pictures of beautiful homes and when we drive to view the property there is often only a concrete floor and no house.
