Finding real estate clients

Orlando Colon
Posted

Hello everyone, I have had my license for a couple months now and I am having trouble finding clients in real estate. I am not to much of a social person in person but I am very active on social media. Does anyone have any advise or tricks they get clients? Thanks

Also I am a big follower or Gary Vee and there are many reasons why one doesn't like self-promotion or making content on social media (I am included in that group) but I think as an agent it is your life blood to be top of mind and to do that social media seems to give the best ROI as most of the time it is just time invested. Be genuine and if all else fails and you run out of content ideas just document each day as an agent. Eventually, with consistency, people will be excited to work with you!
