Investing in/near Chicago
I'm looking into moving to Chicago in about 6 weeks and would like to start investing in RE ideally BRRRR style. I will have approximately $400k-800k to invest depending on how much private capital I raise.
Can someone suggest the best zip codes to look into for BRRRR investing not too far away?
Also appreciate good agents, contractors, RE managers, etc.
