Spain's Real Estate Opportunities

Hello everyone

I'll be moving to Spain in the next couple of months and want to start a real estate operation there.  I've been doing some research but would like your opinion of which is a good activity, that is profitable.  

I'm considering flipping homes, buying and hold for rent in AirBnB and buying commercial properties with tenants already on them.

Can you please comment or recommend considering that I'm not a construction specialist?
