Series LLC's are not currently recognized in all states, so you need to make sure the properties you own or invest in are in the states that do currently allow the series LLC format.Consult with a RE Attorney as I am not one.

I'd suggest you take a RE class, business law and a finance course, none will hurt you.Come out thinking how to work smarter not harder, I have always hated to sweat unless it was from recreational activities.Learn to recognize deals by the property not by a system.

For one, there exists no case law up to this point and they are not recognized in all states to this point.While attorneys should always be consulted on these types of legal and accouting issues, you also need to take caution as to any potential self-interests of that professional.
