We are soon to embark on our first land subdivide deal here in GA in between Greensboro & Augusta.

Two options I see as a landlord 1) If lease has been violated, eviction notice could be sent. 2) Request a new lease be signed due to new terms (whatever I decide they may be) and then not approve the adult child to be added.Has anyone else dealt with a similar issue or have a recommendation?

After researching online at landlord-tenant laws in the state of Maryland, I noticed that Baltimore City is especially tenant-friendly. 

Ask to speak with their other landlords.

Hi @Paul Kielczewski i just bought a tiny home I am putting on some land north of Durham.

I’m looking at purchasing our family’s farm (by farm I just mean land with a house).
