Tiny Home Builders

Found a potential deal. 4 Acres SW of Raleigh about 30 minutes from downtown.  Thinking about snagging it and building some tiny homes for traveling nurses and construction workers.  Would love to connect if you're in the tiny house game.

We are currently designing a 2 bed 1 bath on a slab 720 square feet to be modern like this and it's extremely compact and will be on a slab. small homes in our market sell at a premium close to $300 per square foot. I think it is a lower risk building this in the center of a city than on 4 acres with no utilities in the center of a rural area without comps or limited comps and only a vacation rental market. my buyer pool is much larger being in a big city and urban and buying infill lots like in columbus ohio. this is just our strategy, I'm finalizing the renderings and everything next week an in contract on our first build for builds in Texas but this is what I would do. I know a developer who does it in hocking hills he builds a 1 bed 650 sq ft floorplan we just looked at hundreds of Floorplans and picked one we liked.
