Them blaming you for the area being unsafe is like them saying "It's raining too much.  

However, the more information you give, the more concerns ariseYou can't just sell without addressing the child support lien and the judgement. 

I stopped asking why and I just make sure we get the process started as quickly as possible and pray that the tenant doesn't appeal the judgement.

Anyone looking for a deal who is willing to go hard can find one in this city, in this county, somewhere in Great Pittsburgh, 365 days a year, rain or shine.

Sometimes they will settle for a fraction of the amount owed to clear title 5-10% of the judgement  

Maybe they'll have a judgement, but that won't rreally matter to them Crappy part of the business, best of luck

Does no one do sit down discussions over projected cashflow and character judgements anymore?

Currently waiting to see if they will make things right.. so I guess will wait to give a final judgement

I've seen many think they own it only to lose it because of judgements against the seller resulting in liens against 'their' property or the buyer was amazed they have to get a purchase mortgage years in vs a refi.
