Try using the search bar in the top right of the site to find more information about topics that interest you or answers you have.

I'd think if someone wants to discuss strategies and notes, assignments, recourse and surrounding issues, such should be in another thread as it's off topic here as to the original question posted.I really don't like saying things over and over, which is what happens when we get off topic and people can't find the posts due to the original topic being something else.

Hi BPI know this topic has been beaten to death.But today I passed my licensing course....waiting for transcript to take exam.I have spoken with 5 brokerage.

Since you are looking at getting started with wholesaling, make sure you read the wholesaling forum and use the search bar at the top right to find more information on topics you are are interested in.
