Italian looking advices from where to start

Hello everyone

I'm new in this community, my name is Marco Pagliaro and i'm writing from Italy

I'm a real estate agent in my country but I would like to look overseas new opportunities and new markets

I am looking for some guidance to where I should start investing i.e. Foreclosure, REO etc. .
My idea would be to buy REO (single family house), rehab and flipping for a profit.

My goal is to have fast cashflow right now and after some flips, maybe, think to t buy properties to rent.

My budget to invest is around (80.000/100.000usd).
I dont use credit from bank and i'm not interested for the moment.

I’m looking for informations how to start the flipping business. I have already contacted some real estate agent here in Italy, but they just offer 'turnkeys property'

Is that possible to have advices on how to start this process? I heard a lot about Florida, but I would be available for any profitable market.

As foreigner, and with 1 homes to start (buy and flip) is advised to have a
LLC or Corporate? Or just simply like a personal

Hope to find some advices from experienced people in this big community.
