I wanted to introduce myself here. I'm Josh, father of two young kids and husband. And currently the general manager of a fast casual restaurant. My ultra mite goal is to have passive income through buy and holds. I plan to begin my journey wholesaling until I build up some cash to possibly flip. I'd love to work with anyone local to learn the ropes. I am coach able and not afraid to get my hands dirty.
